The Ascended Series
The Ascended series is set in the modern world, where reality meets fantasy. This is a world of men and women who have the power to use their minds, the ones known simply as Users. These Users have been fighting their own internal war, a war that exists against an ancient enemy that has influence and power across the globe: the Shadow Government. Kry Ensis, an unemployed graduate, and Eclipse, an expert martial artist, are separated by 6000 miles, but their respective journeys lead them to one another. Journeys which tests the limits of love, friendship, and courage as they learn what it means to be a User, and to free the world from the Shadow Government once and for all.
